Enola C. Erskine, 94, of Lincoln, widow of Horatio N. Erskine, Jr. (Sonny), died December 30, 2008. She was born January 21, 1914 in Wolbach, NE to Alonzo and Mary (Anderson) Wibbels. She was a member of Eagle Methodist Church and O. E. S. Chapter #257, Palmyra. "Family includes: Daughters, Faye (David) Berry, Lois (John) Lukes both of Lincoln. 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband and grandson Neal Berry, one brother, Howard Wibbels and one sister, Frances Deles Dernier. Memorial Service 11:00 a m Saturday, January 24, 2009 at Capital City Christian Church, 7800 Holdrege, Lincoln, Nebraska 68505, with Rev. Dr. Robert Chitwood officiating. Body donated to the Nebraska State Anatomical Board.
