Dick Gillam, 75, died Wednesday (7/8/09). Dick was born in Lincoln, December 16, 1933, to F. E. Gillam and Alice (Kermmoade) Gillam. Beloved husband, father and grandfather & great grandfather. Dick loved bowling and watching the Huskers; but most of all he loved all of the children, grandchildren & great grandchildren. He worked at T. O. Haas, Jacobs Tires, Montgomery Wards and Abel Construction. Dick is survived by his wife, Jerri; son & daughter-in-law, Randy and Terri Gillam; daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Allan Sieck; daughters, Christine McCullough and Janice Hall. Preceded in death by parents; daughter, Cathy (Gillam) Howell; brother, Joe and his wife, Eunice Gillam; in-laws, Harold and Amelia Amspoker; niece, Marilyn; and nephew, Joe Jr. Visitation 2 - 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. 11:00 a.m. Monday, (7/13/09) at Metcalf Funeral Home Chapel, 245 N. 27th Street, Lincoln.
